Join Us For Practice

Our schedule offers early morning, midday, and evening classes to accommodate various lifestyles and preferences. All classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.

New to a practice? Look for "Foundations" or "Beginner" in the class title—these sessions provide extra guidance for newcomers.

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your first class to settle in and meet your instructor.
